Default Ninja vs afterburner

Currently got a full decat with ninja 1 backbox and as much as the volume is pretty much bang on it can get a bit raspy higher up the revs, so been thinking about changing it out for the afterburner vortex but mate it up with a cobra resonated centre section and was wondering if they would be similar volumes inside the car?
