Is the STI WR1 the technically best standard scoob ?

I read the WR1 is a standard 320bhp, thtas what made me wonder. I know you shouldn't believe all you read though...
What power output is the Spec C ? I guess both cars probably have the ICI turbo to acheive higher output?
Not sure if I have heard of the type R ?

Fastest production scooby? possably the S202, 320ps and in a spec c shell, I dont have any figures on the car though and dont know where there are any but theoretically..... (the S203 and S204 were both based on the heavier STi).
