GT28 or TDO5 16g
#2
As far as I know... no one has ever run the GT28 on a WRX. They do however do quite well on the VW 1.8T. Somewhere around 350 at the wheels. (what is that over 400bhp?) So it stands to reason the WRX should make at least that. A guy on nasioc has a GT2540R and made 390 at the wheels on race gas with a stock RA spec C motor. Supposedly spooled up around 3600rpms. I would say the GT28 kills the 16g on paper. I can't point to any true examples on a subaru. Then again I may be have a little bias....

I should specify i meant that the GT2871R. The smaller GT28's will probably be comparable to the 16G but the 2871 is a little smaller than the GT30 but still packs quite a punch.

It's actually closer to an 18G, which about 600 CFM. The GT2871R will push about 599 CFM. But it will make more power sooner and has a bit more uhhh stamina. In comparison the 16G will make between 520 and 560 ish cfm. Really depends on who you buy it from too.
