Reading CEL on legacy R reg.
Guys,
How do you read the CEL errors on a 97/98 legacy?
i have the software and connector to do it on my bugeye, does it plug in under the steerin wheel the same, or are they like the old impreza and have to do it with some connectors and see how many flashes you get or something?
