Default porting/refurb/bust leg

i suppose that one good thing can come out of having a bust leg
it gave me time to do some really cool mods to my car
first i started on the manifold which needed some atention
then when i finished that i needed something else to do with my time i had on my hands so after a bit of research on here i set about some porting





i aslo did the up pipe but was so excited that i forgot to take a photo SORRY
what do you think,
a also i new you were going to ask

Good effort matt. What tools did you use? Did you noticed any improvements? I have Dremel lying around here but it is not a good tool to port the header but I have lots of time in these days.

i didn't have much money because of the situation ,i bought some stones for £1.50 and used my dads old 2400 rpm drill.
the grey stones were the best. would of lasted better if i had the chuck key got half done in 3 hours.
bought another stone for 85p to finish off,took me 5 hours to do the lot and uppipe,
would of been easier with all the right kit but doesnt have to cost a lot

yeah much smother sounding,should go better,but the car is off the road at mo so haven't fully tested yet
