Differences in 95 - 97 injectors?
Is there any differences between the 95 and 97 injectors and fuel rails.
I know that 93-98 was the phase 1 and the 99-00 was the phase 2 fuel rails, is there any other phase for classic's?

93-96 is phase 1
97-98 is phase 1.5
99-00 is phase 2
The injectors are the same both 380s but there are differences in the fuel rails but not with regard to the injector holes etc..

550 Denso
Skydiver wants to buy my 550 injectors when I take them out of my 95 phase 1 rail, when I found out he had a 97 car I asked him to check if they will be a straight swap, aswell as I can get a brand new fitting kit to go with my injectors, but again for a phase1 rail,
Can anyone confirm whether this will be a yes or a no as I have another buyer waiting but Skydiver has first refusal,
Cheers Kevin (hello simon)

As ive said in another post im having a problem which i think is injector related. The car wont start one the engine is warm. Once its cooled (15-30mins) down its fine and starts first turn. Ive had this problem in the past and it turned out to be a leaky injector. My car is a 95-96 WRX import. The injectors dont look anything like the ones on my M8's 98 model. Anyone know the exact part description for my injectors and where i can get replacements?
Other than this if anyone knows it not injector related please let me know. Even going to fill up with petrol these days is a bind!

Did turn out to be the Crank sensor. However now the weather is improving im thinking of spending some time on my rather old scooby Its got 82 thousand Km on the clock. Was gonna change the plugs this afternoon but have spent it doing the Diagnostic and removing the crank sensor to try and get an aftermarket one (around 20 phone calls to everyone i know). Any way to cut a long story short im thinking of replacing the injectors anyway since it wont hurt. Info would be appreciated.
Had a look at them again today and they look like side feeds. More than this i dont know!

crank sensor is dealer only I think.
My car has done 185,000miles.. but injectors were upgraded to larger ones at about 120,000miles

yea im not really looking to upgrade just replace. I know the car was looked after before i got it and i gave it regular oil changes since i had it. Sometimes more regular depending on what oil it was. I have no idea what colour the injectors are. I can see the plug and they are clamped in to the fuel rail/manifold with a clamp with 2 cross head screws.
