Got my first ever Scooby (sti9 on 54 plate) this Friday

CEL came on (solid) after 70 miles or so, on Saturday
Etc.......

Mmm, have to say I am slightly underwhelmed by the response.......

Was it something I said?
Bought OBD cable/software, pulled code (MAF) and reset.
Hasn't come back yet.......

If this error code raises its ugly head again then think seriously about replacing the MAF, if the maf is faulty you may run lean and risk melting a piston.

Thanks for that Davey

Do you think the long term fuel trim bank reading is related to maf and running lean?

I have most [work in progess ;-)] of the sti service manual, but its a bit beefy, and assumes more knowledge than I have...
