Question Info needed!!!!!!

Hello everyone.

I will keep this as short as poss.
My car was broken in2 a while back and the complete center console was stolen, anyway car went in 4 repair, the console was replaced but with a different style as they couldnt get the one i had originally, anyway the garage is still trying to get a blank to fit a hole.
But from what i have found this hole has a electrical unit in it, can you tell me what it is pls and does any1 have a wrx with a blanking unit in that space? if so could i have the part number for the blanking unit, as the garage keep getting the wrong part.

Hope some1 can shed some light on this for me, many thanks.

that is what i thought first, but unless it is fitted as standard it isnt a turbo timer, the console i have now had fitted has a gap where that unit it,about the same size.
