depends on other mods, cars vary slightly but a good starting point will be 3bar at idel with the vacuum pipe disconnected from the regulator body...............

I think your 440cc injectors will be on max duty.
If you are being mapped by AndyF then ask him for advice.
Not sure what TD you have (16g 18g 20g) but my Sti v3 with similar mods and a 20g+ 550cc injectors hit 407 bhp......
Realistically: about 360/380
Will be a great engine.
Graham.

I run a similar spec to you apart from my TMIC (STI8). My inj are also 440cc and run to their safety limit and see around 86% DC. AndyF said that if I upgrade the turbo from TD05/16 spec then bigger injectors would be needed. If you can get some larger ones now, it wouldnt hurt at all.

Not sure of the hp but AndyF said that the turbo was maxed out at 1.3 bar on my setup and was losing efficiency above that. It was mapped for reliability though so I run 1.25bar.
One of my mates has a P1 with 340hp (well lane rr I think) and mine is a bit quicker!! much to his displeasure.
