Whats best for a jdm sti V7 running over 369 bhp ???? cheers Alan.

7s for jap scoobs, but urs is running hi power manm, maybe 8s???

where can you get 8s from? i want some extra protection for mine so have been looking around but to no avail!

Alan: 7s are what you want. You might experience problems with 8s.

Fowling plugs and short life. 7s are OK up to high boost and far leaner mixtures than most people experience.
I was still on 7s with 535 bhp.

im still on 7's at roundabout 370. was warned of 8's as well. 8's are avaliable at RCM though as well.
