Wink Need to buy Major service parts...

Hi all,

Got the 40k service to do this weekend and need to get the parts in. Been on the GGRacing website and checked the prices but need to shop around for a better deal. Anyone got any recommendations?

Parts needed:

Timing Belt
Spark plugs
Oil / Fuel filters
Replacment aftermarket panel air filter, Currently have a Blitz one.
MAF sensor
Fluids, OIL / COOLANT / BRAKE DOT5 / DIFF.

Car is an STI Type R ver5 my99.

Any tips Timing belt replacment would be much appriciated, also do I need to change the tensioner? Service will be carried out by a mechanic with my help.

Also, does the Type R have a different timing belt or is there only one type for all the classic scoobs.

all help much appriciated.

My usual suppliers if it helps:

Cam belt - Camskills £47
Plugs (NGK) - Partco ~£26 for 4
Fuel filter - Partco ~£10
Oil filter - Subaru ~£5.50
Air filter - don't know as I fitted a Green panel filter ages ago from Demon Tweeks (about £30 IIRC)
Coolant - Pink/red stuff from Halfrauds
Oil - looking for a new supplier at the mo
MAF - Subaru £67
