Does rev limit increase with Tek 2?

Question

On the motorway, decided to go for the limiter in 3rd - to my surprise the 'bounce' happend at 7300 rpm ish - is this because of the Tek 2?

Also note that your rev counter probably over reads by 200 rpm but going for the rev limiter is a BAD THING. Anyway you thought you were at 7.3 and it was nearer 7.1K.
