MAF readings on SECS??

Do any of you TEK3 guys know what the secs readings should be like for g/s MAF...I'm thinking my MAF might be slightly faulty as the reads vary all the time even at tickover and constant throttle (but injector cycle doesn't). The car can run ruff on almost no throttle once the ECU has been reset for about 50/100 miles, but it's not constant. Any ideas?
