plenty of live feeds down the back of the centre console, i have mine connected to the ciggy lighter on a MY01 but you could use the stereo loom or the clock.

The best place depends where the boost gauge is mounted. I have mounted my gauge in the corner of the A pillar and used the power and earth feed from the fog light switch, as this was the closest and easiest feed I could find that was switched with the lights. I needed access in this area to run the pressure pipe to the gauge anyway.

Steve,
If going the RH A pillar route.
There's also a dummy switch next to the water spray switch which is conveniently wired up with pnl lighting. Simply check which wire has 12v when the lights are switched on. The earth can also be spliced into. Easy access.
