That sounds the bizz. Wonder if they can be bought in the UK.?? Think I better go surfing

I agree that the best place for a standard type VTA is the bin. Thats where mine went

Cheers

Steve

By the way I have no connection with MRT or GFB nor sale their products, just try to help you!
Look also www.gfb.com.au, Evolution Performance(evoltd@freeuk.com), www.grahamgoode.com, Impossible Performance(4 Broadwood Rd-Chattenden-Kent-ME38LU-England) and obviously XtremeScoobies!

OK

Which Dump Valve should I fit on My 03 STi PPP Type UK ?

Please don't say the Forge ??? Already had one and didn't rate it at all

I want something that actually works to the advantage of the car and not necessarily the sound

If you want something that works to the advantage of the car, leave it alone with the OEM recirc valve, all the VTA valves are cr#p,my MY01 runs better with the standard valve.

Another vote for the OE dumpvalve. At the end of the day there's no such thing as a VTA valve that works "to the advantage of the car". Leave the standard one in.

There is a GFB StealthFX DV easy adjustable with your hand that works with both ways whenevr you decide, VTA and recilc from 0 to 100%!
See MRTRally

"This Stealth FX is designed specifically for use on Subaru WRX and STi 01/02 onwards. The world's first ADJUSTABLE NOISE BOV for street or track conditions at a twist of the wrist! The PERFECT stealth blow-off valve! By utilising a unique air diverting system you control exactly how much air you dump to the atmosphere for noise, or the inlet for silence. By sending the vented air back to the inlet (rather than muffling it), there is no restriction and the valve still operates at maximum efficiency. For cars with sensitive air flow meters, the valve can be tuned to vent just enough air back to the inlet to prevent backfiring whilst giving the loudest possible blow-off noise. No more guessing which valve will work on your car - this one will do it all! Now here's the cool part ... By turning the GFB world patented ratchet style head, you can finely adjust the amount of air that goes to each venting port, giving you complete control over how loud your gear changes are! Colours available:
Code: musse127g9
Price: AU$482.00 (Australian Dollars)"
