Default dump valve engine light

Hey guys, my engine management light came on but the cars doing nothing wrong at all, so thinking it could be the cheap vta valve, Ive changed it to the stock Recirc, if this has rectified the problem will the light go off on its own or need resetting

Yes, the quick way is t disconnect the negative lead to the battery. Press the fotbrake to dissipate any residual power and leave fr a few hours . There is a more in depth one found online i believe

leave off as long as you like , couple of hours would do.

Newage and classic ecu reset. Will need a cable for newage.
