ive had quite a few scoobies in my life not imported ones but uk, the mileage have been in there 90`s etc and most of them have some kind of problem where whilst im driving the car, the car doesnt want to go, it does, but theres sumat pulling it back and run lumpy when idling. then wen the boost comes in the power is there, i beleive its a common fault cos this is my third one with the same problem uk 99t reg
