Max readings for MAF and Boost using ECU?

Anyone know what the max readings for boost and MAF (in g/s) for 02 WRX?
Mine doesn't seem to read over 22.7 psi, and about 188 g/s (I know the two don't match up). I've had just over 220 g/s once or twice but the readings from secs just tend to freeze at 188ish (although that reading isn't at max boost).
