Have you got it fitted in the pipe coming from the intercooler and not the pipe recirculating back to the intake..??

Have you got a digi camera so you take some pics..

I have unplug the old one, and pluged the baileys straight into the pipe going towards the turbo ( not the one goin to intercooler, i dont think the air going through that would be enough )and the small pipe on top of the dumpvalve going to the manifold. :/

the standard dumpvalve had 2 large pipes going into it, one pluging into the intercooler, and one running from the side of the turbo, then the small pipe going to the manifold. surly it would plug into the large pipe coming from turbo and the small to the manifold?

It is fitted exactly how the pic shows, the other pipe returns back to the intake because your old DV was recirculating... you have to put a bung in the other bottom pipe that goes back to the intake BEFORE the turbo..!because presumably your new DV is not recirculating..?????? If you note where the DV is in the pic it is AFTER the turbo, where it should be.
