Not having a manual for my car im a little confused. On most cars you add the antifreeze directly to the water but the scooby has the little expansion tank in the left hand wing, this has a pipe coming out of it with coolant on it. Am i supposed to put the coolant in there or something?

Cool

there should be an overflow plastic fill up thingamy down in the near right hand side as u face the opened bonnet by the battery. Just top this up with mix of coolant/antifreeze & water (not sure about yer just add this 2 water comment as u shouldn't just be running water in any weather but that aside) if this woz emty u may also wana follow where this connects to a little metal kinda container with metal screw car thing which holds the bulk of coolany stuff. This is on left hand side of main engine bit ( i no all da technical terms) & 2 the right of the induction box thing. Sits on top & pretty easy 2 spot but can probably dig a pikky out if needed.
Si
NB bit of a retard on the finer technical points but that's my understanding , kud yet b rong mind
