I am not Mike Wood, but the PPP on the MY99 has a midrange boost target of 15.7 PSI or just under 1.1 bar. It may peak a little higher than this - say up to 17 PSI in cold weather and in high gears, but the ECU will attempt to closed loop control it to 15.7 PSI, and it will taper off at high engine speeds. Some boost gauges are inaccurate.

Talking

I'm not Mike Wood either, but your car was boosting as standard at about 15.7 psi on my select monitor reader.
