Battery: Is the MY99 12V negative ground?

My Wolsley was a +12v earth.
I will never forget the night the insulation wore through on the stereo chassis and sorted to earth , why use an in-line fuse when you can wire direct to the battery

It's negative earth.
Pah, my moggie minor convertible was positive earth.
The great thing was that it uses a dynamo, not an alternator, and with about five minutes effort I converted it to negative earth. "The windscreen wipers run backwards"

Dave,
there are a few on here who have cars that are even older than the positive earth lot, one of my cars dates from 1929, and way back then most things were neg earth, dunno why they ever changed really.
