It's started raining again!

Basically I'm running standard Subaru wiper arms from my local dealer on my95wrx (cost around £45 per set )

Six months on and they have gone to sh*t! (they have started to judder...badley ) so they're gonna be binned asap.

I'm gonna get a replacement set from my local motor acessories shop.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I went to halfords for my MY95 WRX wipers, they are bosch wipers with a spoiler (bosch super plus), i bought the 21 inch for the drivers side then the 18 inch for the passenger side... they where about £20 if i remember rightly..!!!

Oh, and there bloody good..

Thumbs up

I got the Bosch ones to, they are a big improvement I also find putting a bit of Autoglym car glass polish on the blades helps clear the screen.

Definately get the one with the spoiler, I ended up getting one without and the only problem I have now is wiper lift at over 60mph

Application of Rain-X would also help things!

Cool

I've now fitted silicon wipers to both our cars - bit like having Rain X all the time. After a while the rain just slides off the window without the wipers !!

Bruns already mentioned it but I'll add my comments if only to up my post count (muppet )
Very little use of wipers due to the use of RainX every week after a wash, screen gets treated, cant think of the last time I used my wipers,
except maybe for indicating left or right "rats, wrong lever"

Thanks for the replies, I got some Bosch wipers earlier, will fit them tomorrow.

I do use a Rain-x type treatemnt, but it only seems to work at speed, it's the only thing that's kept me sane over the last couple of weeks.

Cheers, Roy.
