Standard is 0.9 bar. It SHOULD have 1.25 - 1.35 bars. How much it can hold depends on the turbo, some are less good than others.

Exhaust and filter will not do much by themselves, but a bigger INNER exhaust diameter will provide the necessary free flow capacity to increase the boost and let the exhaust gases flow out quickly enough.

When buying an exhaust, buy a lightweight one. Weight reduction also helps.

To increase the boost, buy a Dawes. To HOLD the boost you want at the RPMs you want, get an electronic boost conroller called A'PEXi AVC-R (other boost controllers cannot hold boost according to revs).

How much you can then hold depends on the fuel cut limit in the ECU and the turbo itself.

Remember, most boost gauges read slightly high or low. Mine reads 11 lb/sq" held when the select monitor actually records 13. Don't trust it unless you've had it calibrated.
