As title state I have a misfire on 2 and 4 on my rebuilt ej205, standard rebuild piston rings Acl bearings etc car only misses on idle driving or anything over 1000rpm absaloubtley fine, I have swapped coil packs from 2 and 4 to 1 and 3, also swapped fuel injectors, tried a spare maf sensor on the vehicle did have a little problem with the timing as the cams an 1 and 2 were slightly out read a few threads saying its fine etc since tried advancing the intake cam 1 tooth lines up so much better however no change, just wondering if I've overlooked something simple that anyone can think of next step I'm thinking is checking compressions and have a gander at the spark plugs however they are new
