Default MBC + OEM Solenoid 2port ? Hibrid system

Please don't laugh, but I was thinking about this and wanted to know if it was possible and feasible. With the aim of achieving the good response of the MBC but then avoiding the overload. and the spikes.
Regarding the Pill restrictor, it may have to be removed.

Yes i was directed to this Mod to cure my spiking past 1.4 bar at instant mashing of the throttle etc, i bought the wrong type of MBC so never actually continued with the setup ( im running 3 port but the same theory ) its meant to work well, check out NASIOC etc they seem to do it .

In this lockdown i may scour tinternet and buy the right MBC ( ball and spring )

I was reading a lot of this topic in NASIOC but they never share a good image or diagram of how the connection is, they talk about the topic but they do not say how and what is the correct way. I could not find a clear answer and the issue turned out after hundreds of comments. they did not come up with anything concrete as far as I am concerned.

My friend in Sweden has been running this for 5 years now. He just sent me this diagram and photo:

Mind, that's a 3 port, but the principle should be the same.

Regarding tuning, he says:

It’s been 5 years since I’ve done that mod, it’s easy to tune for as well.

Essentially you only have to dial in the low rpm boost say 2000-3000 rpm Depandent on turbo response. Other then that everything above that you put at 100% duty cycle and you let the MBC take control.

So theoretically Steven should be able to slap on a EWG without touching the tune.

Thank you all very much for your answers, then I will have time to analyze how my configuration would be using the original controller of my car that is 2 ports.

I take this opportunity to make another query regarding MBC or Dawes.
By placing an MCB only not hybrid but as is, am I forcing the ECU to always work in Open Loop? Or does this have nothing to do with the ECU still making the transition from open loop to close loop even with the MBC in place, and the original boost control system disconnected?

[QUOTE-1509joe;12077093] Debe funcionar con normalidad
[/QUOTE]

I would assume that then the "knock" detection system to delay the ignition and other protections should continue to function normally. The only thing that made it impossible is the ability to lower the boost level of the ECU since naturally the boost control solenoid is (off-line) haha
