Default Engine Mount Alignment

So I was replacing my engine mounts last night, what a pain in the *** that was! Really wish I had little girl hands. Anyway, got them done and lowered the engine. Studs went into the slots no bother but the nuts don't tighten up in the same spot the originals did. It looks like the engine should be sitting slightly over to the passenger side but there is the correct clearance for any pipes that were already very tight and the pitch stop slides in and out without any problems. I tried a few times to raise and then lower the engine again but they always went back in the same spot.

Does this sounds like a problem to anyone or I am just worrying about nothing?
