Strut Top Mount Alignment
Gonna replace my front shocks and top mounts this weekend and just want to confirm which way the top mounts should be aligned.
I would have used the existing set-up as a guide but the old susp was fitted at a local garage and the lugs on the mounts are pointing in different directions...great!
The new ones are marked up with a white spot which I guess is there to indicate how the mount should be aligned, but I couldn't find any corresponding markers on the turret to line-up to, so I'm stuffed on that front as well.

I stand to be corrected, but I thought they could only go in one way as one of the studs is off-set from the other 2?
That also possibly means the left can be mixed with the right hand?
Suggest you look at lots of engine bay pics to see if you can see any differences, but if they are orientated/handed the factory would have marked them to assure fool proof assembly.
