Default Advice on a parallel conversion

V2 sti
As usual I steamed in without thinking it through
I've cut the hard pipes but looking at it now I'm not too happy, I'd prefer a proper pipe fixing to the rail
I've found the below kit but can't find anyone who sells them, does anyone know of anywhere or do I have another option. I don't want to buy new rails really.
