I'm planning to convert my fuel rails to a parallel setup.

Can anyone advise me where I can get the required T-pieces and hose from online?

If anyone has any 'how to' photos, I'd be really keen to see them.
I don't have a problem removing the inlet manifold - I'd just like some info. on how to actually make the modification.
