Default Air con pipe?????

Hello all I'm new here, not sure if this is in the right section, but can someone shed a little bit of light and tell me what this piping is. Basically I want to install some hela horns in the spot where most do, but on my 2005 sti I have this piping not sure if it's to do with the air con on one side of the grill. If it is or what ever it is, is it possible to be relocated.

The picture is from Google,

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't have thought so but it can be deleted. You need to find someone with a newage who has fitted Hella horns. There's plenty about on here.

I had same problem, I gently reformed the pipe so the horns would fit

Both the lights and lip where on the car when i purchased it,

I have read elsewhere its called a Lester Lip or something may be totally wrong there tho,

I recently stuck orange indicator bulbs in the headlamps need to get full chrome bulbs that glow orange for the full de-tango look
