Hi all... Had my 2005 Impreza WRX about 6 months now, and have noticed the accelerator feels a bit stiff and sticky (giggity)

When I press down on it, it feels like it moves in stages rather than being smooth like the brake or clutch pedal. This is particularly annoying in traffic as it makes the car feel quite jerky. Anyone had this before or have any ideas/remedies?

I use Slide which is a type of WD40,i'd spray that on the linkage of your accelerator pedal and on the cable both sides, eg engine bay aswell, should be on top of engine.
