Default jdm twin scroll burble

Hey all

For a 05 jdm, if I want the burble sound, do I just change the headers to a uk spec headers or will this mess up the twinscroll setup.

It will mess it up

Different flanges and different uppipes so if you change to unequal you will need a single scroll turbo.

You think its worth doing the change over for the sound or better to stick with twin scroll.

The pros with the twinscroll are worth the loss of burble, converting a twinscroll to single for the noise is crazy, i loved the sound of my jdm on full chat

I will do it for burble.

The same for single scroll, a kick is what im after don't bother with linear power delivery, would buy 335d instead s5 or wrx ppp

twin scroll noise is addictive IMO - and also the design adds torque/power against a similiar sized single scroll turbo

Why would you want to lose this for the burble.

If you want the burble then buy the uk car, don't buy a car because "you like the look of it" or "it's got guages" as silly as that sounds you would be surprised what sells cars to certain people.

If it's the burble you're after as said either but the uk, or if JDM car is decent money and has a few bits and pieces maybe offer it up for a trade for a uk, somebody will snap your hands off depending on what the car is like

I've got a twinscroll and the howl is way better than the burble to me now, I did miss the burble of my old uk but it's soon forgotten about

I'm buying becuase of the looks, sound, performance and better maintenance than evo and also reliability.

Just another question, will the twin scroll pin me back in my seat as I heard its a lot more smoother compared to single scroll.
