Question Car is really p155in me off now!

Hi folks

Just had some work done on my car as decided its a keeper. Anyway, another £500 spent and the car is burning oil
Just had rocker gaskets done and the rectangle ones changed (don't know what there called) but I'm now thinking it could be the turbo. Anyway I can check to narrow it down?

Any helpful ideas will be appreciated

Thanks

Do you have a lot of smoke coming out of exhaust under load?

I don't know how to do it so I would say no for now
When Tim and his son done the work on the car they did say that the car had good compression though.

I have messaged him and awaiting a reply. I am going to call him tomorrow anyway, but the reason for the post was asking if anyone knew what I should be looking for if its possibly the turbo burning oil.

Well if the turbo would be burnig oil you would get smoke screen.I once had "f1 style" when turbine shaft broke.

Any change in coolant level?

I am guessing that they might failed rebuilding your engine, but i do hope you sort this out as i know how frustrating things like this can get.

All fluid levels seem to be on the button. It was burning oil before I had the gaskets changed but was hoping it was them leaking and oil burning on a manifold or something like that
I'm gonna have to call the mechanic and see what he thinks, but thought I would try and do a little detective work first.... But it didn't happen No to worry!
