Default wont start :-(

Try and be breif, just fitted a perfectly running engine from a ver2 sti into my ver3 sti, swapped I've inlet and turbo and fitted, the car will not fire up for some reason :-(,

Things I've checked so far, got spark, fuel, maf tested, all wiring connection checked and double checked, both earths connected, timing checked, it spins over fine just won't fire up !!, I'm all out of idea's so hopefully someone can help shed some light on the problem :-).

Em. Annoying as it is , you have a spark and fuel , so it should start. As said above, it's going to be something simple. And ,like most of us, you'll prob laugh at yourself for missing the problem

Just a thought, and a silly question . You say you have fuel but have you checked it's being delivered ?

Did you swap the crank sprocket with the timing mark triggers from your old engine to the new one? Have seen different types of those.
