Hello mate.
Call Mike at Cyclone Motorsport in Wickford on 01268764321. Tell him Jay sent you. He won't charge you much to do. He knows Subarus, but he specialises in fabricating chassis and roll cages etc. he builds classic minis, converting them to rid with all sorts of engines including v6 twin turbos with nitrous.
He charges around £40 per hour.
Hope this helps.
Failing that, if you want to help, my good mate Gary in Romford loves a challenge. In fact we are replacing my decat this weekend so you are more than welcome to pop over for a chat on Sunday.

I might pop along on Saturday, but might be with my daughter who is never too far from my side if I'm not busy lol.
Only thing is I have to spray my downpipe bolts with GT85 in preparation for Sundays decat session lol.
