Does anyone else find that their Dart Tag is hopeless?

Yesterday I had to pass it to one of the toll's attendants who stood on tippy toes waving it at the sensor until it worked - not exactly my idea of a functioning product!

Haha, I did feel like a reject with a bloke stood by the car waving his arms in the air trying to make it work
