Default Spark Plugs problem please help!

hi there people.
right first of all i work in euro car parts. now ive had a few customers asking for spark plugs for there scoobys. which is not a problem they give me a reg and hey presto all the info is in front of me. now what my problem is they always come back and the say the car is mis firing? and tend to say i want a refund.. going to buy from the dealers. a friend of mine had the same problem brought some from euros but then later returned. and off to the dealers. but the first set he got from the dealers done the same thing. but the second set was fine.
so when it was my day to change the plugs i thought i would phone densos to recomend me some plugs for my scooby. and which they did they said take these plugs there uprated ones they will do the job. BUT THEY HAVENT !! AND NOW MY CARS MIS FIRING! whats with these plugs and scoobys? could any one recomend me a good set please ?

cheers sunny

i use pfr7 NGK Platinums, some (less modded scoobs get away with the pfr6's)

or else the iridium option if budget allows, although many people might have different views

NGK plugs, are you checking the gapping on each one needs to be between 0.6/o.7 as if mapped boost can blow spark out if gap is to big big causing a misfire, i may be wrong but preety sure i'm not
