Default siezed turbo.....!!!

The turbos siezed on my bug eye... anyone got any idea's on where to get another turbo this weekend????

nevedon salvage have got an 07 there braking or essex turbo's should sort you out

i was gonna uprade but i'm on limited funds cos i've just moved into a new flat and well didnt expect the turbo to give up on me, it was running like a dream....... but i have done just uder 5 thousand on repairs in the last 9 months!!! lucky i like subaru's..... anyone know how i can get the model number for the turbo without actually taking it off??????

If its a wrx it should be a TD04

yeah the car is only a wrx mate, I was told it was something like ivi or mhi followed by 4 digits apparently....... so as long as its a td04 it should be ok?

make sure it came off the same year car mate as intakes are in different from classic to new age!

If its a TD04, I would take the opportunity to get the upgrade rather than another one. There are some very reasonable ones out there if you exchange.

So can i upgrade it to a TD05? if i did would the car need to be re mapped?

You'd definitely notice the difference though. It would be worth the money.
