Mobile Phone recomendation
Hi All,
Just after some advice from those that have used the following phones:-
Blackberry 8100
Nokia 6300
I currently have a Nokia E65 and i'm looking to change. i like the idea of the blackberry and getting emails etc. Although the QWERTY keyboard worries me as it will be so different for texting. i tried a Motorola once and hated it with a passion.
So your thoughts please. thanks Mike

What network are you on? if Vodafone your more then welcome to borrow my blackberry for a few weeks to see what you think. I think is't an older model but the key layout will be the same.
It's a 7130 I think, supplied by work...

I have a Blackberry & a N95 just like you Mark.
I use email a lot & prefer the Blackberry for this function but if your just reading email then maybe the N95 offers a bit more functionality.
I also do not like switching between the two.
Comes down to what you want from the phone.
Cheers Andy

I've now got a HTC MDA Touch-duo Mike.
Takes a bit of getting used to but I'm starting to like it. It's basically a pda with word,excel,satnav,mp3,camera,internet,camera and it even makes calls.
Just bought a 4gb card for it so it should handle Tomtom, a few maps and loads of email attachments and pics

so many choices!!!! ahh....
I find it really odd that with phones you just don't get to try before you buy... you have to try the dodgy plastic dummy in the shop. not quite the same!
although i had heard that ordering off the net gave you the choice to return in 7 days if you don't like..
thanks for the offers guys...
Might take a visit to see Wilf next week and see what he suggests..
