Unhappy Wheel refurb prob - any recommendations ?

Well went to clean car this morning and I have noticed on three of the wheels, but more so on the front that there are some small white patches ?
I imagine that this is under the polished surface and the wheels need a refurb now ?
I am going to try some autosol maybe but I am guessing that its a combo of brake dust and salt that has eaten into the wheels and is now going to take hold and spread ?
Or couild it be something else and polish out ?
Anyone have any names of reputable companies in the areas between Ipswich and London (East side)that can refurb and any idea of cost ?
Thanks for any ideas
Dan

can't help with the wheel problem, but Lepsons at Gillingham did mine and did a great job (well, 2nd time round) tales of woe and good results herehttps://www.scoobynet.com/members-ga...u-think-2.html

£272 all in (wheels picked up and delivered back and revalved and balanced)

rochford tyres just down the road to me refurb alloys up.its the road salt that gets underneath the laquer.bk racing alloys are prone to this and they look real crap after time.think rochford tyres do them at £40 each but youll need to ring to confirm.
