Cheers guys.

Frayz the difference is amazing. More weight to go yet though. Door cards are coming out, all the carpets and even the centre consol. Rear spoiler may disappear too. Strut braces are waiting to go on and i've got a set of harness on the way. Going to have a go at making my own harness bar.

Having no abs make a real difference to the feel of the brakes too!

Only the one pic at the moment. The weather has not been kind enought to give me time to get out and give it a detailing. Thanks to the boss for lending me his Porta Cable Just need the weather to give me a break now so i can use it!

Cheers. Just a bit too standard at the moment. Although that's surprised a few people

May need some Cornelius Automotive work on it. Needs the plugs changing. Have got 2 sets. Either NGK PF7B or Denso Iridium (came with it, brand new in packets) It's a bit of a pain to start when cold. Guess in the cold start valve? It does fire up in the end though. Once warm it'll fire on the button. Still not bad for £2400!

my drive looks like a car dealers at the moment though. Astra Coupe, Series 1 RS Turbo and the Impreza. Not a bad line up though. Had an E46 m3 convertible on there as well on saturday

Yep, sounds like the idle control valve needs a clean.

IMO, I'd put the NGK's in, I put in a set of Denso Iridiums in my scoob and they were fine for a couple of months, then they had to be changed!! AND that was after Pat Herborn remapped it and the engine given a clean bill of health

Didnlt think it'd be anything major as it's fine when warm.

NGK's it is then. Will flog the Denso's. Few extra ££ towards some more goodies

When I do services, I always use NGK R's. never had a problem with them, especially with the flamers

It likes to pop already. Can't imagine what'd be like with a flamer on it
