Wow i finally made it...
Note to anyone using the A13 tonight.....
Don't Bother.....
Just taken me three hours to drive 30 miles....

Accident earlier this afternoon on the lodge lane flyover in barking and is STILL shut.. 
took nearly 2 hours to get there, Once past that had five minutes of open road then all halt again.... ANOTHER serious 3 car pile up had shut the A13 and only the slip road open....

yes tiny that is true! saw a bmw on m25 on sat with no front left only just happened as no police there but people were ok as they were standing by the side of the road.

I usually use that stretch of road at about this time and if it goes pair shaped on there its really bad!
Its never taken me that long to get home down the A13 though .

had the same misfortune...took me just shy of 2hrs, leaving london at 2pm..having to go round the 406 a12 127......luckily just made it home the poor old astra started to over heat!!!
