Basildon, Gloucester Park, Sunday 11 June
Just thought I'd post to say GOOD LUCK to -C`chelle (my wonderful wife) and Samara (my lovely daughter), who are taking part in the Race For Life this Sunday.
I am especially proud of them both, as Michelle has severe arthiritis, and back problems, and Samara has supported her mum unequivocally with this event.

Hi all,
WE DID IT!
What an absolutely fantastic day.
It was an extremely emotional event, to be there with everyone all raising money for such a worthy cause - looking around and all you could see was women - young and old, and girls of all different ages, with their back signs and numbers, all there for the same reason.
When the race had started and as we walked along, there aren`t enough words to describe how emotional it was to be looking at a sea of pink back signs each with their own personal message.
I don`t think the boys could deal with the heat, but little do they know that both Samara and I are going to do this again next year!!!!. - Well not until Andy reads this post anyway!!!

- Well not until Andy reads this post anyway!!! . Lets hope the weather is a little cooler next year (but not raining). It was an excellent day, and you both made Ryan and myself proud, as well as raising around £140. Well done girls
