Default For you Essex Scoob cleaning buffs

I had a little go using the Blackfire gloss polish ,and sealant from Polished Bliss in the car care section , and wow what a finish on WR blue .Not too hard to use with hardly any white powder left behind .If your looking for a new polish ,especially on WR blue ,give it a spin

Got a good shine there.

Have seen a few threads in the Car care section that have used the Blackfire stuff, all with very impressive results.

Ed,

You need one of these.

Hosepipe ban defence system.. £20 from B&Q

Pump up pressure to 3 bar, gets under arches and holds % litres which lasts ages

No hosepipe ban YET but I still feel guilty if I use it when cleaning the car. I'm sure most of the people round here don't realise there's no ban yet!

A business just down the road from us got a £1000 fine a couple of weeks ago for using a hose pipe in Harlow.... My manager immediately removed the hose pipe from our workshop, what a pain in the ***.. I use more water with buckets than I ever did we a hose pipe.

Too true mate, dumbass goverenment aint got a clue.

What gets me is that it rains for 364 days of the year and we apparently have a funking drought on our hands.

Tw@ts

John, its only 5 litres but lasts a suprisingly long time because its very efficient

EVERYONE - Buy your Poorboys (and other cleaning products) from Frayz

I did on Saturday, and he was SOOOOOO helpful with recommendations of products for my bodywork 'issues' (no jokes please)

Besides, with our very own bufty boy supplier in the ESC, shouldn't we support him.

His prices are excellent too

And, no I'm not on commission

Cheers Andy, (commissions in the post )

Its nice that you guys are supporting me already.

I will not be pushing an ESC discount as such but i will be running Group Buys, starter packs and various other package setups to help you guys get the best results at the most affordable prices.

I will also endeavour to bring purchases to meets etc to save you guys on postage costs.

I'll do my very best to give you the best advise possible and if i'm unsure of any of a qustion i will get in touch with the manufacturers and find out for you.

I will let you all know when the website is up and running

Sorry I didn't know we had our own supplier here in Essex when I started the thread . Obviously I would prefer to support a fellow ESC member , so when I run out it looks like Frayz is the man then ? Will you be stocking the Blackfire stuff Frayz ?

No worries Dave, you seem to have some nice results there.

In a word, no i wont be stocking it in the near future. As far as i know Rich @ Polished Bliss is the sole UK distributor for Blackfire products.

Whilst i think they're very good i do think theyre slightly expensive and belive we will be able to offer less expensive products and achieve the same results.

Feel free to contact me at anytime with any questions you may have,

In the meantime.. Keep up the good work
