Wot should I do.......?
Seeing all these "blinged up" motors on these threads recently has made me want to do something to my bug eye WRX. Don't suppose the finance company will be too pleased as technically they still own it, but hey - if I don't tell 'em..........
Trouble is budget is tight and I can only spend up to £500 max (and that's my holiday money!) - I would love to PPP it, but that's way out of the question, so it looks like it down to new wheels, or change the spoiler, or tint the windows or a new Exh back box to get rid of the twin pipes that come as standard.....
If it's wheels, what colour would be OK with this red?
If it's one of the other options, can anyone advise me what I should do as I can't make my mind up!!!!

If you go for wheels they would have to be anthracite or gunmetal.
look in the for sale section always plenty of good stuff going there:

For that budget you can do a few little things that change the whole look of the car.
Smoked side repeaters
Carbon wing markers
Small numberplate on the front
mudflaps
Nice backbox
Take your headlights apart and paint the insides matt black.
All small cost friendly mods that will make a massive difference to the overall look and feel of the car.

Lots of suggestions already.........
Like the colour coded skirts one - hadn't thought of that one, nor mudflaps.....
Simon57 - your in Harlow if I remember right? - snap...... will wait and see what other suggestions come up and I might PM you later on over the weekend (unless you are going to the Lodge on Sunday night)?

i love that colour,
IMHO i would lower it, a little, Next size up wheels,
spoiler, head light convertion, & DE-TANGO it,
Would'nt put stickers on.
& maybe play with the engine

dude take your £500 and go away on holiday!! Can't belive you are going to put the car over that.
I think i'm right in thinking you've only just bought this car so the other option is to put the money in a bank so you can use if for repair bills when things go wrong ... which they will!
If you insist on spanking the cash on the car then buy a decent head unit and a nice sub as well as component speakers. It's the only mod that won't end up breaking your car or getting you in trouble with the cops.
