doesnt sound good but get it checked out before you go down the rebuild route.

Proper rebuild is your best bet, stay clear of reconned engines, typicly just jetwashed.

Scoobyclinic would be my recomendation, but depends where your based.

It's not gonna be a cheap fix though

Is it burning a lot of water / oil?

Don't panic yet it may not be the engine, it could just be the turbo...

its burning a lot of oil shouldn't be the turbo as this was replaced by triton motorsports due to it having a crack in it.

its not using any water at all just going through a lot of oil

Has it got the correct oil feed banjo bolt and is the oil return pipe clear? Just something to check.

Worth investigating b4 getting an engine or rebuild. Mine was smokey, think it was the seals on the turbo
