Default turbo upgrade time.

Hi guys,
After sorting my suspension and brakes out on my 02 sti.
I'm looking now into performance, after christmas i am going to purchese a new new larger turbo.
My sti has currently a 3inch Miltek Decatted system, Ecutek map, Cosworth panel filter and samco filter pipe, also a ppp fuel pump.

so very basic stuff. i have Rcm headers and up pipe sitting here waiting to go on,

My questions are. i have a friend who has two very low millage turbos of car's he's prepped for other things. They are a Vf43 and a Vf48. and are at very good prices. I believe my aim is for around a 370-380hp car, the car is used daily and does the odd track/sprint event. Which turbo will be better suited for me, and do i need to look at changing the injectors or fitting a FPR set at 3.5bar?
I will be using either JGM or SLowboy for the remaps depending if i decided upon open source or Ecutek

if its the engine i think it is then 02sti engines are tough as old boots, could easily crank it up to 400.

injectors, fuel pump will be needed, also possibly a fpr.
