hi all been doing some bits on my impreza and noticed the bottom port goes to nothing just venting is this right its a 95 wrx with a esl board

 

From what little I know that sounds right with most valves, have seen a grim speed valve that uses all 3 ports, not sure why. 1 line goes to waste gate 1 line to compressor side of turbo and last one to a line before the turbo
