Aight guys
I have been reading a lot of engine failure from people who own 2.5 2008 hatchback model of the impreza .
What would like to know if anyone could advise me the precautions to take ie stronger internals or whatever as most of the failures I read are to do with pistons .

Morning mate.
It's the ring land on the pistons that fail so a forged alternative can solve that.
Speak to any of the builders on here and they'll give you more detail. Engine tuner, scooby clinic but a few that get good reviews on their work.
